Membership Terms

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between DCS Beauty Sdn Bhd ("Organization", "we", "us") and the member ("Member", "you"). By applying for or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Eligibility & Acceptance

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid local address and contact number.
  • No payment is required to register for membership.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Membership Duration & Renewal

  • Term: This agreement lasts for 12 months from the date of acceptance.
  • Renewal: Unless stated otherwise, memberships will automatically renew with no additional charges.

3. Member Declarations

By signing up for DCS Beauty Membership, you confirm that:

  1. You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  2.  You are 18 years old or above.
  3.  You are eligible for membership as stated herein.
  4.  You agree that DCS Beauty Sdn. Bhd. [200801001897 (803181-M)] may collect, store, and use your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy.

4. Member Rules & Conduct

  • Members must comply with all rules and regulations of DCS Beauty Sdn Bhd.
  • Prohibited behavior includes disruptive conduct, unauthorized commercial activity, and misuse of the site.
  • Management reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

5. Updating of Personal Details

  • Members are advised to notify Management of any changes to their mailing address, email address, or mobile number to ensure correspondence is delivered correctly.

6. Termination and Cancellation

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership by contacting us through Whatsapp.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCS Beauty Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during your membership, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Any updated Terms & Conditions will supersede previous versions and will be published on dcsbeauty.com.my. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
