Membership Benefits and Usage Terms

Membership benefits are valid for purchases made through the DCS Beauty website only.

For in-store purchases, members may place their order online and select Self-Pickup if they wish to collect their order directly from the store.

1. Free Delivery

Minimum spend of RM100 required to qualify
Free delivery is capped at RM7 per order. Any delivery fee exceeding RM7 will be borne by the customer.
Minimum spend is based on the final amount after discounts are applied
Stackable with other vouchers (e.g. Instant RM10 Voucher)
Valid for every purchase, subject to the minimum spend requirement
Applicable to all products available on the website
Each order is treated as a separate delivery & shipment. Orders cannot be combined after placement, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

2. Birthday Rewards

Enjoy 10% off + complimentary gift (random)
Valid for 3 months from your birthday month
NRIC details are strictly confidential and will be used solely for verification purposes. They will not be shared, disclosed, or used for any other purpose.
Limited to one (1) redemption per NRIC/person per year
Limited to one (1) redemption per order
Not transferable and cannot be redeemed under another person’s NRIC
Complimentary gift redemption is automatic with a minimum purchase of one (1) item.
Free gift is while stocks last and subject to availability.
Cannot be combined with instant voucher promotions.

3. Website Credit Rewards

Credit rewards are available to registered members only.
Credit rewards are applicable only to eligible purchases made through our official website.
Purchases made directly at our physical store are not eligible for credit rewards.
Members may place their orders through our website and select self-pickup at our store, where available.
Credits are calculated based on the final eligible amount paid after applicable discounts and deductions.
Credit Calculation:
Credits are awarded at a rate of 1% on eligible purchases, with every RM1 in eligible spending earning 1 credit. Any amount below RM1 will be disregarded, and partial credits will not be awarded, subject to the terms and conditions of the programme.
For example:
- RM4.50 in eligible spending = RM 4 credits
- RM25.90 in eligible spending = RM 25 credits
- RM100.00 in eligible spending = RM 100 credits
Discounts, vouchers, shipping fees, and redeemed credits are excluded from credit calculations.
Credits will be credited to the member’s registered account after the order has been completed and confirmed.
Credits earned from cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will be reversed accordingly.
Purchases made using redeemed credits will not earn additional credits on the portion paid with credits.
Credits are linked to the member’s registered account and are non-transferable. Credits cannot be combined across different accounts or redeemed through another member’s account.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another form of payment.
Members who choose to close their accounts or discontinue their membership will forfeit all unused credits, which will be automatically removed from their accounts.
Unused credits are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.
If credits are not reflected correctly in a member’s account, members may contact us for assistance.
DCS reserves the right to request order details or proof of purchase to verify any credit-related enquiries or claims.
DCS reserves the right to review and adjust credit balances in the event of system errors, incorrect credit allocations, or other discrepancies.
DCS reserves the right to amend, update, suspend, or terminate the Credit Rewards Programme or its terms and conditions when necessary.
Any changes to the programme or its terms and conditions will be communicated through our official website or other official communication channels, where applicable.

3.3 Member’s Day (Updated)

Held once a month on the 19th as an exclusive Member’s Day promotion.
Enjoy 2X Credit Rewards on eligible product purchases. On Member's Day, the standard 1% credit will be increased to 2%.
Applicable to eligible standard products, subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Available for a limited time on Member’s Day only (1-Day Only)
The double credit promotion applies to eligible website purchases made on the 19th only.
Double credits cannot be claimed retrospectively for purchases made on other dates.
All other credit rewards terms and conditions remain applicable during the Member's Day promotion.

4. Exclusive Promo (Coming Soon)

4.1 Trial Pack Promo

A specially curated trial pack for customers to experience and test our products before committing to full-size purchases.

Trial pack items will be listed in a separate section and may vary from time to time.
Minimum spend of RM20 required per order
Limited to ONE (1) trial set per package, per customer, per order
Available for first-time purchase only
Not valid for repeat orders or subsequent redemptions
Promotion is subject to availability while stocks last

5. Special Vouchers

5.1 Instant RM 10 Cash Voucher

Receive an Instant RM10 Cash Voucher upon joining (one-time use).
Valid with a minimum spend of RM10 in a single order.
Voucher is valid for one (1) redemption per member account.
Only one (1) voucher code may be used per order. This voucher cannot be combined with other voucher codes unless otherwise stated.
No cash refund, credit, or balance will be provided if the purchase value is lower than the voucher value.
Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or expired.
Voucher will be forfeited if the order is cancelled or refunded.

5.2 Monthly Member Vouchers

Enjoy 12 vouchers yearly with total savings of up to RM3,600.
Get 10% OFF every month, capped at RM300 per voucher.
Minimum purchase 1 item.
A new voucher code will be issued monthly.
Voucher is valid for the respective calendar month only. Unused vouchers will expire and cannot be carried forward.
Limited to one (1) voucher usage per member each month.
Voucher cannot be combined with another member’s voucher or other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Voucher will be void if the order is refunded or cancelled.
Voucher is valid only for the registered member account.
Limited to one (1) redemption per member account per order.

6. Free Gift Rewards

6.1 Birthday Gift Reward

Complimentary gift redemption is automatically applied with a minimum purchase of one (1) item.
Customers must be logged in to their registered DCS Beauty membership account to be eligible for redemption.
Redemption is available only to the membership account assigned with the eligible birthday month. Purchases made using a different account or guest checkout are not eligible.
Valid for one (1) redemption per eligible member.
No promo code or voucher is required.
Complimentary gift is while stocks last and subject to availability.
DCS Beauty reserves the right to substitute the complimentary gift with an item of equal value if necessary.
DCS Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

6.2 Festive Promotion Gifts (Coming Soon)

Receive a complimentary gift during selected festive campaigns.

Valid for the first 10 eligible customers only.
Applicable only during the stated promotional period.
Limited to one (1) free gift per customer.
Free gift selection is subject to availability.
Promotion may end once all gifts are fully redeemed.

6.3 Buy Any 2 Serums Promotion (Coming Soon)

Purchase any two (2) serums in a single receipt and receive a complimentary mini toner or mini cleanser.

Applicable only for purchases of two (2) serums in a single transaction.
One (1) complimentary gift per eligible transaction.
Complimentary gift will be selected based on stock availability.
Promotion is not applicable to refunded or cancelled orders.
Cannot be combined with other free gift promotions unless stated otherwise.

Terms & Conditions

Discount is automatically adjusted in the product price.
Only one (1) discount tier applies per transaction (cannot be combined or stacked).
Applicable in a single receipt only; split billing is not allowed.
Promotion may be used in conjunction with eligible vouchers and promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Discounts apply to eligible items only (excludes bundles, gift cards, or promotional sets if applicable).
Order must be completed in full; cancelled or refunded orders will not be eligible for the discount.

9. Surprise Rewards (Lucky Draw)

A special reward program designed to reward our customers with exciting surprise gifts throughout the year.

Held once or twice a year with no fixed on date (let it be a "surprise" 😉)
Each draw will select 5 winners.
Winners will receive curated surprise gifts selected by us. Examples may include plush toys, collectible blind boxes, or small electronics (e.g. portable fans, earphones, etc.). Actual gift items are not guaranteed and will vary based on availability.
Winners will be announced via official social media platforms.

Early access begins 1 week before official launch for selected products only.
Limited quantities are released during this period and are strictly first come, first served.
Purchase limits may be applied per customer per product to ensure fair access.
Early access items are intended for end-use, sampling, or internal evaluation purposes, and are not for resale.
Not applicable with other promotions, except free delivery (if eligible).
Products may include full-size items and exclusive launch-size editions.
The company reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders suspected of bulk buying, reselling, or misuse.
Orders flagged for suspicious activity (including multiple accounts or coordinated purchasing) may be cancelled without prior notice.
Early access benefits are a member privilege and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Privacy & Terms

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to any third parties.
The WhatsApp community is intended for official brand communication, support, and engagement only.
Any form of spam, abuse, harassment, or unauthorised promotion is strictly prohibited.
The company reserves the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines or engages in misconduct, without prior notice.
Community content and structure may be updated or changed at any time to improve user experience.
